Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment

Every Udranj product is handcrafted with care. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will make it right. Please read our policy below for full details.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You received the wrong product (wrong item, size, or colour).
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order products.
  • Items that have been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Items without original tags and packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Gift cards.
  • Colour variation due to screen calibration differences.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at udranj@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  5. Ship it to the address we provide. Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible returns at no cost.

4. Refund Process (Razorpay)

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3–5 business days of receipt), we will initiate a refund via Razorpay to your original payment method:

  • UPI / Net Banking / Wallets: 3–5 business days.
  • Credit / Debit Cards: 5–10 business days (depends on your bank).
  • EMI Orders: Refund will be processed to the card used; EMI cancellation is subject to your bank's policy.
  • Store Credit: Immediate if you opt for credit instead of a refund.

Refund confirmation will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive your refund within the stated timeline, please check with your bank first, then contact us.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for a different size or colour (subject to availability) within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges for custom products are not available.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Standard products can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order (before dispatch).
  • Custom/made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • To cancel, email udranj@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
  • Cancelled orders will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

7. Payment Failure / Double Charge

If your payment failed but the amount was debited from your account, it will be automatically reversed by Razorpay within 5–7 business days. If not, contact us with your transaction reference number and we will escalate it with Razorpay immediately.
