Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation.
  • Custom / made-to-order products: 7–21 business days for production, then dispatched.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once dispatched.

2. Shipping within India

Shipping cost and method are confirmed with you when we agree your order (including any custom work). We typically ship pan-India via trusted couriers such as DTDC, Blue Dart,Delhivery, and India Post. Estimated delivery is usually a few business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. Rates and delivery times vary by location. Please contact us at udranj@gmail.com for international order inquiries.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order:

  • By email or WhatsApp — see our Contact page.
  • Directly on the courier's website using your tracking number.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
  • If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
  • Re-dispatch will incur an additional shipping charge.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or opt for office delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, please photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • For lost shipments, contact us after the estimated delivery date has passed. We will file a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Udranj is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes after dispatch are not possible.
