Udranj is a hand-painted fabric and wearable art brand based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We sell original, artisan-made products through our website.

  • All products are handmade; slight variations in colour and texture are natural and not defects.
  • Product images are representative; actual colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
  • Customised orders are made-to-order and cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & quotes

  • Pieces shown on the site are for inspiration; pricing and scope are agreed directly (e.g. via WhatsApp) before any work or payment.
  • Any amounts will be quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and confirmed with you before you proceed.
  • We reserve the right to update how we quote or describe offerings without prior notice.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or suspicious activity.

6. Custom Design Orders

  • Custom orders require a quoted price acceptance before production begins.
  • Once a quote is accepted, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Estimated production time is 7–21 working days depending on complexity.
  • Reference images submitted by customers must not violate third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, logos, and content on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of Udranj. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Udranj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
